Biography
Coley O. Reynolds is a founding member of the firm and is currently Of Counsel at Omnis Law Group, LLC. He practices primarily out of the Philadelphia Office. He concentrates solely in criminal law. He is an experienced trial attorney with hundreds of trials in both state and federal courts. He has handled 1,000s of criminal matters. He has a reputation as an aggressive and persuasive advocate for his clients. Recently, he has tried numerous murder and serious violent offenses, winning acquittals after trial. Those clients went home after the verdicts.
Mr. Reynolds worked for almost eight years as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Montgomery and Delaware County District Attorney’s Offices. During his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Reynolds prosecuted a number of high profile cases ranging from murder and rape to drug trafficking and gambling cases. As such, he is extremely qualified to represent you in any criminal matter you have pending, regardless of the complexity, in both state and federal courts. Having been a prosecutor, he knows the “tricks of the trade” when it comes to the manner in which the prosecutor will present the Commonwealth’s case.
Mr. Reynolds is uniquely qualified to assist you during any investigation which you may be the target. Mr. Reynolds was the supervising attorney in charge of the Investigating Grand Jury in Montgomery County. In that position, he worked hand in hand with Homicide, Narcotics and Vice Detectives and other law enforcement officers, in addition to other prosecutors from the initial investigation through to the conclusion of the prosecutions. Mr. Reynolds has conducted several Wire-Tap/electronic surveillance investigations. Mr. Reynolds’ experience and knowledge of the inner workings of the Grand Jury and the “Wire-Tap” Act serves his clients well, whether they are the target of an investigation or merely a witness.
Mr. Reynolds was also a Special Assistant United States Attorney who prosecuted violent offenders and drug traffickers in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Now, Mr. Reynolds represents individuals charged in Federal Court with RICO, Drug Trafficking, Violent Crimes and Fraud cases. He is experienced in the Federal criminal process from pre-indictment investigations (Federal Grand Jury) and indictment (arrest) through to trial, sentencing and appeals. Mr. Reynolds has the experience to represent you effectively in any federal criminal matter.
