Biography

C. Curtis Norcini is a founding member and the managing partner of the Omnis offices in Chester County and Montgomery County. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Communication from West Chester University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.

Curt has practiced in a variety of areas. Upon graduation from law school, he was employed with the Municipal Tax Bureau as a tax attorney collecting delinquent taxes on behalf of the City of Philadelphia. In 1995, he left the MTB and joined the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender where he served as a trial attorney in both the Juvenile and Adult criminal court systems. Curt left the Public Defender’s Office to become a founding partner in a general litigation firm where he practiced criminal defense for almost 20 years. At Omnis Law Group, Mr. Norcini continues to concentrate his practice in criminal defense. He has handled hundreds of cases in all matter’s criminal: from Homicide and major drug cases to citations for Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking.

Mr. Norcini is highly active within the Chester County community. Curt is a Past President to the Board of Directors of the West Chester University Alumni Association. He also currently sits on the Board of Directors of both the Chester County Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Foundation, its charity arm. He is also the Chairman of the Association’s Fee Dispute Committee. Additionally, Curt served as a solicitor to the Chester County Register of Wills from 2012 to 2020. In his spare time, Curt is active in physical fitness and martial arts. He has used his experience in both his career and his martial arts, while teaching numerous seminars relating to Women’s Self Defense and to physical self-defense generally.

Mr. Norcini is licensed to practice in the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Curt is as personable as they come and cuts straight to the chase. He lays out every possible scenario, good and bad, then tells you where you will likely end up in that spectrum. I got accepted into the ARD program and wasn't even eligible for the program. Fortunately for me, Curt's persistence and experience literally saved my life. He doesn't settle and reached we'll above and beyond the stars for me. I had a very bad accident. Very high BAC, Not eligible for ARD because of injuries and I was told all that.
