I've been in trouble with the law dozens of times over the years and I've used several different lawyers. Steve Pacillio is by far the best I've ever used. He works in several counties and knows the DA attorneys and is respected by the judges everywhere we go. He knows the law and can argue his way out of anything. If you want someone to lay down and take a quick plea save your money and get a public pretender. If you want someone to fight for you tooth and nail hire Steve. His fees are not cheap but good lawyers aren't cheap and cheap attorneys aren't good. Don't be cheap, pony up the fee and hire the best!
Mr. Pacillio strives to achieve the best possible result for each client, given his or her specific situation. In our case, i believe he was successful. He is encouraging but does not give false hope. He obviously is well respected by the court and others involved in the criminal justice system of Delaware County. As a result, I believe that his clients are well represented. I would definitely recommend Mr. Pacillio as a criminal defense attorney.
Mr. Pacillio was most helpful in guiding me through the legal process and achieving a desired outcome. Professional, prompt, and helpful. Though I hope to never need the services of a criminal defense attorney again, he would be my first call. Highly recommend.
Steven was very helpful and supportive throughout my boyfriends case. He kept us informed of all of our options and was always very realistic and honest with us. He laid our options out and explained them to us very clearly letting us know every detail and what it entailed. My boyfriends case lasted approximately a year and Steve worked very closely with us the entire time to ensure we had the best possible out come and that we explored every option we had. was always honest, upfront and realistic when speaking with us and explained things in a manner that we could understand. I would highly recommend Steve he was truly great.
I was charged with drug offenses for things found in my dorm room. Steve Pacillio spent time with me before the hearing to get all of the details. When it was time for the Preliminary Hearing he was ready and fought hard. Too bad the judge send the charges to the next court anyway. Steve didn't give up the fight, he filed a motion with the next judge to have the case dismissed and we won! Case DISMISSED and my record is still clean! He fought to the end and won!
