In June of 2023 the Haverford Township Police charged 21 juveniles in connection with an assault and robbery at Chatham Park Elementary School, as detailed in this Delco Times article. The individuals allegedly involved in the aggravated assault and robbery were charged with those serious offenses. However, in an unconstitutional governmental overreach, more than a dozen were charged for merely being present at the time and location of the assault and robbery.
