Omnis Law Group partner Steven M. Pacillio, Esq. will be one of five attorneys invited to speak at the upcoming 8th Annual Criminal Law & Forensics Conference to be held at in Lancaster, PA on April 7.  Many attorneys, judges and paralegals will be in attendance to increase their knowledge of Criminal Law and Forensic issues.  Conference attendees receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.  Mr. Pacillio’s presentation, Digital Evidence and the Ethics Behind Computer Security, will provide attendees with practical guidance on handling various types of digital evidence from discovery to authentication and admissibility at trial.  He will present a real-time demonstration of some common computer security pitfalls that practicing attorneys face.  Additionally, the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct will be reviewed so that attorneys understand the ethical issues involving commonly-used technologies.  The Lancaster Area Paralegal Association will host the event and is pleased to have Mr. Pacillio volunteer his time and expertise to help make the 8th Annual Criminal Law & Forensics Conference a success.
