Biography
C. Curtis Norcini is a founding member and Managing Partner of the Chester County and Montgomery County offices of Omnis Law Group, LLC, a criminal defense law firm serving Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. With decades of experience, Curt is a highly respected criminal defense attorney known for his courtroom advocacy, leadership in the legal community, and strategic defense of clients facing serious criminal charges.
Curt concentrates his practice exclusively on criminal defense, representing individuals charged with offenses ranging from homicide, assault, and major drug crimes to driving under the influence (DUI), underage drinking, and other misdemeanor and felony matters. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases in Pennsylvania courts and brings extensive trial experience to every stage of the defense process.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communication from West Chester University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, Curt began his legal career as a tax attorney with the Municipal Tax Bureau, representing the City of Philadelphia. He later served as a trial attorney with the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender, where he handled both juvenile and adult criminal cases. He subsequently became a founding partner of a general litigation firm, focusing primarily on criminal defense for nearly twenty years before co-founding Omnis Law Group in 2016.
Curt is deeply involved in the Chester County legal community and currently serves as President of the Chester County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chester County Bar Foundation and serves as Chairman of the Fee Dispute Committee and Law Day Committee. In addition, he is a past President of the West Chester University Alumni Association Board of Directors and served as Solicitor to the Chester County Register of Wills from 2012 through 2020.
Outside of the courtroom, Curt is a dedicated martial arts instructor and advocate for physical fitness. He combines his legal background and training experience to teach seminars and provide instruction in practical personal protection.
Curt is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
